New Delhi [India], October 30: The National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), India’s apex professional body for Human Resource Management, inaugurated its 41st Annual National Conference – NATCON 2025 at Hotel Pullman, Aerocity, New Delhi. The two-day conference, being held from 30th–31st October 2025, revolves around the theme “Viksit Bharat@2047: Empowering a Future-Ready Workforce through Technology and Inclusive HR Leadership.”
The flagship event has brought together over 600 delegates, including industry stalwarts, policymakers, academicians, and HR professionals from across India and abroad, to deliberate on the evolving role of Human Resources in driving business excellence, sustainability, and inclusive growth.

He further announced a landmark step by IFFCO to enhance minimum wages for contract workers to ₹20,000 per month effective 1st November 2025, reinforcing the organization’s commitment to equitable and sustainable growth.

K.P. Mahadevaswamy, CMD, NBCC & Conference Chairman, in his keynote address, highlighted that NATCON 2025 serves as a vibrant knowledge exchange for HR leaders, business executives, and policymakers.
